Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Koralle Beauty Berlin

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all business relationships between Koralle Beauty Berlin (hereinafter “we,” “us,” “our studio”) and the customers (hereinafter “customer”). They cover all offered services, including microblading, permanent makeup, and other cosmetic treatments, as well as the sale of products.

2. Services

We offer cosmetic treatments such as microblading, permanent makeup, and other beauty treatments. All treatments are carried out by appointment. The customer is obliged to inform us of any health restrictions or allergies that may affect the treatment before it begins.

3. Contract Conclusion

A contract for a service is concluded as soon as an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed by us. Appointment confirmation can be made in writing, by phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email. By scheduling an appointment, the customer agrees to these T&Cs.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are final prices and include the statutory VAT. We offer the following payment methods:

• Cash payment in the studio
• EC or credit card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal
• Installment payments via Klarna and PayPal (according to the respective provider’s terms)

The customer has the option to make the payment directly after the treatment or, if using installment payment through Klarna or PayPal, to pay in flexible installments.

5. Installment Payments via Klarna and PayPal

We offer the option of installment payments via Klarna and PayPal. The use of these payment services is subject to the terms and credit checks of the respective providers. Klarna or PayPal is solely responsible for the approval of installment payments and their processing.

6. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are binding. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If no timely cancellation is made, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. If the customer cancels less than 48 hours before the appointment or does not show up, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment price, excluding material costs.

7. Liability and Warranty

Our treatments are carried out to the highest standards and with consideration of all hygiene regulations. However, results may vary individually. The customer is obliged to follow the aftercare instructions precisely. We accept no liability for undesirable results caused by ignoring aftercare instructions or pre-existing health issues of the customer.

We are only liable for damages resulting from the treatment in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Health Conditions

The customer is obliged to inform us of any relevant health issues, allergies, or conditions before the treatment. We reserve the right to refuse a treatment if there are health risks to the customer.

9. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data solely in accordance with legal data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
